Privacy Policy

This page is the general privacy policy for the apps and services provided by minimalab. Because how data is handled and which third-party services are used can differ between apps, each app has its own app-specific privacy policy. For the apps below, the app-specific policy takes precedence over this general policy.
1. Information We Collect
minimalab does not collect any information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number or location. The data you record in an app is stored on your device and is never sent to minimalab.
In apps that show ads, the following information may be handled directly by the advertising SDK (Google AdMob). It is not sent to or stored on minimalab's servers.
- Google Advertising ID
- Device information (general details such as OS version, device model, language and screen size)
- Anonymous statistics about ad impressions and interactions
In addition, when an app fetches the list of minimalab's other apps, or when you visit this website, the server (which uses Cloudflare) may log technical information such as your IP address and general details such as your OS and device type, as with any web request.
2. How We Use Information
- Ad delivery (only in apps that show ads)
- Processing in-app purchases (handled by Google Play)
- Showing the list of minimalab's other apps
We do not collect information for the purpose of improving apps or analyzing usage statistics.
3. Third-Party Services
Depending on the app, we use the following third-party services. For how Google handles data, please see the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Play Billing (processing in-app purchases)
- Google Play In-App Review and In-App Updates (asking for a rating, and telling you about updates)
- Google AdMob (ad delivery; only in apps that show ads)
- Google UMP (collecting ad consent; only in apps that show ads)
- Cloudflare (serving this website and the list of apps)
We do not include Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics or any other analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
4. Data Storage
App data is stored on your device and is never sent to minimalab's servers. If Android's standard backup (Auto Backup) is enabled, it may be saved to the backup storage of your Google account, depending on your device settings. That storage is managed by Google, and minimalab cannot see its contents. Purchase status is excluded from backup, to prevent it from being restored improperly.
Some apps let you export or share your records as a file through your own action. You choose where it is saved or sent, and minimalab never receives it.
5. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some apps are intended for people aged 18 and over; see each app's privacy policy for details.
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated without prior notice as features are added or laws change. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
